That means coaching and growing designers, establishing thoughtful design practices, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships, and helping teams make confident decisions in the face of ambiguity. Whether launching a 0→1 product, modernizing a legacy platform, or leading an acquisition migration, I enjoy bringing clarity to complexity and helping organizations move forward together.

Learning a second language and adapting to different cultures has shaped the way I lead. It taught me to listen first, communicate with empathy and clarity, and approach challenges with curiosity rather than assumptions. Today, I lead Product Design at Realtor.com, overseeing a portfolio of strategic products across desktop, mobile, and web experiences for real estate professionals. I partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to shape product strategy, launch new businesses, modernize platforms, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
